Your purchase includes lifetime access to your course through the Seashell Power online learning platform.

If Seashell Power ever moves to a different learning platform, every reasonable effort will be made to provide continued access to your purchased course.

Payment is required before access is provided to paid courses, private sessions, or trainings unless another written payment arrangement has been agreed upon.

Due to the digital nature of online courses and downloadable materials, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Please review each course description carefully before enrolling. If you have questions about whether a course is right for you, you are welcome to contact Seashell Power before making your purchase.

Private sessions, private trainings, and other scheduled services are also non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a private appointment, please provide as much advance notice as possible, and every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate a new appointment time.

If a duplicate purchase or billing error occurs, please contact Seashell Power. Verified duplicate charges or billing errors will be promptly corrected.

Seashell Power reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at its discretion. If Seashell Power cancels a service that has not been provided, any applicable payment will be refunded.

Private sessions and private trainings may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

Missed appointments without prior notice may be considered forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seashell Power and Zabe Barnes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website, courses, products, services, or educational materials.
